​Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP Consultant (Multiple Roles)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP Consultant to join their team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP solutions for their clients. You will work closely with their clients to understand their business needs and requirements and provide expert guidance on configuring and using Dynamics 365 to meet those needs. Additionally, you will lead a team of Dynamics 365 consultants and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead related activities on Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and training.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and provide expert guidance on configuring and using Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP to meet those requirements.

  • Lead a team of Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as needed.

  • Collaborate with other team members, including project managers, developers, and functional consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide thought leadership and best practices related to Customer Engagement processes or Enterprise Resource Planning in Dynamics 365.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 capabilities and features and assess their applicability to our clients' needs.

  • Participate in sales and pre-sales activities, including scoping engagements and providing estimates.

  • Provide support and guidance to clients during and after the implementation process.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP solutions.

  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 projects.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.

  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Demonstrated success in presales activities and business development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Certified: Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365 Certified: Finance and Operations) are a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
