An Australian-based, industry super fund, with a trusted brand & presence in the agriculture / natural resources sector. They briefed us on a requirement for an Interim General Manager Member Growth & Proposition due to the retirement of the incumbent. Watermark were retained to undertake the Interim placement for this role, while the super fund considered their needs for the ongoing permanent role.

Given the massive regulatory and structural change occurring in the sector, demonstrated B2C experience and proven ability to drive innovation in member experience and engagement, were critical.
