​Jennifer joined Watermark Search International as a Research Manager.

Prior to this, Jennifer led the Sydney research department of The Insight Group and utilised her considerable skills to identify appropriate candidates across a broad range of executive search assignments.

Joining The Insight Group as a Research Associate in June 2007, Jennifer worked on a wide range of senior management level assignments including Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Internal Auditor, Operations Manager, Logistics and Supply Chain Manager, General Manager Corporate Services, Marketing Manager, National Retail Sales Manager, National Packaging Manager and other more specialised roles.

Jennifer has worked across a number of industries including but not limited to: manufacturing and distribution, government, industry bodies, aged care, healthcare, training and education, not for profits, retail, professional and financial services.

Additionally, Jennifer’s experience also extended beyond Australia to the Asia Pacific region, where she worked closely on joint assignments with other firms in the international Kestria network, in particular Kestria Singapore and China.

Jennifer was also previously employed with a division of a multinational organisation, as a customer sales representative. Her role involved sales, marketing, customer service, account management and administrative duties.

Jennifer graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Media in Writing in 2004.
