Claire is an experienced search consultant, who has assisted a broad range of government, not-for-profit and commercial organisations to identify and attract outstanding candidates for senior executive and board positions. Her more recent work has been focused supporting indigenous organisations identify commercial leaders and skilled board practitioners; working with clients to replace long standing CEOs and assisting both government and for-purpose clients with new board creation and specific skill set identification.
Claire works closely with her clients to ensure a search is tailored to their individual needs and timeframe. Regular communication throughout an assignment ensures a transparent client focused process and a no surprises approach to search.
An early career in research has given Claire broad networks and an ongoing passion for quality candidate care. She has a genuine interest in diversity and offers an inclusive search that supports diversity in its many forms.
