Our client, a major Regional University, had an urgent requirement for a candidate to fill a problematic key role which required a high level of project and change management expertise.
Watermark then:
- Performed a “fast track” search process outside the Education sector
- Identified three high-level candidates available for interview and relocation (within 72 hours)
- Negotiated with the preferred candidate a remuneration and relocation package that met his and the University’s requirements
The outcome:
A successful 10-month engagement which resulted in the implementation of a viable, efficient and capable organisational structure and which facilitated a thorough international search process for the permanent role.
